e-Government Guide hits Racks

The E-Government Bulletin has today released a review of the past, present and future for successful e-government services.

"E-Government Outlook 2003-04: Key steps to successful services" is the first ever comprehensive, independent survey of a year in UK e-government. The 100-page report includes in- depth analysis of the current situation and tips for the future, including advice on the issues that everyone involved in e-government will have to master in the year ahead.
