Media: InContext offers Guidance on Creativity

Source: InContext, 23 June 2003
Submitted by Ann Light

'It may not be practical for members of a design team to take a nap or nature walk before beginning a visioning session, but here are some other exercises that you can do on your own or as a team to free up your creativity, writes Paula Curtis for the InContext website.

The three exercises described include those to relax and synchronise the left/right sides of your brain, to get comfortable with fuzziness, and to engage the heart along with the mind. I particularly like the first one, but all seem a little bit different and interesting.
