HFI pull together a Great Research Resource

Human Factors International have pulled together key findings in usability from the last year or so and summarised them for their December newsletter.

HFI founder Eric Schaffer comments: 'This gives some idea of how much NEW information there is to absorb, not to mention the massive foundation of previous research. This is why it is NOT enough to just design from intuition and good intentions. We need the benefit of the scientific insights. As we move toward mature usability engineering, institutionalized in organizations, we must have resources to constantly incorporate these insights into our practice.'

It has a good list of papers to read, as well as offering nuggets in an easy to digest format. Starting the year with the resolution to read more? Here you go...
