Media: New Thinking finds some Poor Thinking in Irish Government Online

"Renewing my driving license online in 50 tortuous steps" by Gerry McGovern is an angry tale and a sad indictment of the state of Irish government online. It runs over more than one of his columns, being also long and tortuous.

There's no real reason to read it, unless you happened to work on the usability of the driving licence renewal section of the Irish Government's website, in which case you should be copying it all out at least 100 times for homework.

Everyone else will just enjoy a good moan by someone who really knows the business.
