Brief: International Group calls for Opinion on Professional Certification

Source: UN, 1 May 2002
Submitted by Ann Light

An international working group, in conjunction with the Usability Professionals' Association, is surveying opinions on professional certification for usability practitioners with a view to setting up a consortium.

UPA director and international working group member Nigel Bevan is asking practitioners to take 10-15 minutes to fill out an online survey at the site below.

The data from the survey will be used to decide whether to proceed with certification, and if so
what form it should take.
