OPPORTUNITY
Customer experience research allows companies to make better business decisions about the development and marketing of new products and services, and provides a better understanding of customer or consumer needs, goals, habits and satisfaction levels.

COMPANY
fhios is a leading international research company, that provides customer experience research and design services to provide its clients with the insight to understand customers needs, goals, habits and satisfaction levels when they engage with them and their competitors. fhios was established over 5 years ago and is continuing to experience significant growth and are seeking a talented usability consultant to enjoy this continued success. We operate both in the UK and internationally, and across a range of digital and non-digital platforms including websites, intranets, mobile applications, digital TV and consumer electronics.

ROLE
Due to our continued success we are looking for a highly motivated Usability Consultant or Junior Usability Consultant to join our team in the London office working within the Research team, and answering to the Research Director, the successful applicant will have:

- Experience in the range of user experience research methods (from user
needs analysis, usability testing, interviewing, analysis and report writing skills)
- Strong interviewing/facilitation skills for conducting usability sessions
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- At least a Masters degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Good team player with a positive attitude and a passion in everything you do

PERSON
You will be a solution focused professional, with a proven experience within a HCI/Usability environment and you will be comfortable and proficient in working with and communicating with clients.

Your excellent communication and analytical skills will ensure your capability to participate in internal and external group briefings, discussions and presentations, and you will have the desire to build strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
You will be a motivated self starter, have strong interpersonal skills, and able to build rapport and credibitility quickly within the fhios team. You will also have superior skills in time management, goal setting and attention to detail. European languages would be an advantage.
