Usability Consultant - London

Serco Usability Services is the UK's most established, most respected and most experienced user experience research consultancy with offices in London and a sister group (Hiser) in Australia.

We operate both in the UK and internationally, helping clients to develop products and services across a range of technologies including websites, intranets, mobile applications, digital TV and consumer electronics. Our extensive client list includes many high street names, such as Orange, Samsung, Sky, Sony, T-Mobile, Virgin Media and Vodafone as well as government agencies and departments.

Due to our continued success we have an opening for a Usability Consultant in our London office to be involved in a range of projects. The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in the range of user experience research activities (including ethnographic research, user needs gathering, concept development and usability testing)
- Strong facilitation skills (both in facilitating brainstorming sessions and running user sessions)
- A keen interest in new innovations and technology
- Proven understanding and experience of business environments
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- At least a Masters level education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Creativity and the vision to work with design teams
- Effective teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Excellent computer and document creation skills
