We are looking for a talented and experienced Interaction Designer to ensure our products are designed and implemented well, and meet the high standards of our global customer base. You will work closely with developers and testers on the latest releases of our suite of SQL Server and .NET tools.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a big impact on the design of our highly successful software applications. You will combine your skills in researching user needs with your talent for user interface design to ensure the GUI for our software products is highly usable and intuitive.

Your skills and experience should include:
- A good undergraduate or postgraduate degree in HCI or other relevant discipline
- Experience in industry, preferably working with Windows applications
- A thorough understanding of usability issues
- A talent for creating simple, powerful user interfaces
- Experience using prototyping tools
