Graduate Interaction Designer - Cambridge, UK

We do not operate long graduate induction schemes – after your initial training you will be applying your design talent in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Working closely with developers, testers, authors and usability specialists you will be responsible for the creation of software application designs.

Taking scenarios, personas, task analysis results and other inputs, you will be able to create compelling user experiences mocked up to varying degrees of fidelity. For example, using Visio to create a low fidelity design of a new concept, or using Photoshop to create visually polished high fidelity designs of the final product.

This is a role that requires an ability to deliver creative solutions to potentially difficult problems in a technically challenging area of software development.

Your skills and experience should include:
We are looking for an individual with a genuine interest in creative design and the ability to understand technical issues quickly. You will have excellent computer skills and have a good knowledge of design software such as Visio and Photoshop. Some experience of user testing may be an advantage.
