Our division comprises a small friendly team of 7 committed usability professionals.

We expect you to have some experience of running usability tests and assessing web accessibility but you’ll receive large amounts of ‘hands-on’ client and project exposure to expand your capabilities rapidly.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING - A UK-recognised qualification either in HCI or computer science, psychology or a related subject which included an HCI module - Experience of organising testing sessions, moderating, analysis and report writing - An good awareness of current web accessibility issues
Additionally, you must have an excellent command of English, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, and be permanently based in the UK.
To apply, please send your CV and a covering letter to new@optimum-web.co.uk. If your skills, experience and keen interest in usability match ours, we’ll get back to you very quickly.
