Senior Consultant: Mobile User Experience - Hamburg, Germany

SirValUse is the leading institute for Customer Experience Management in Europe, with branches in China and the USA. We accompany our customers throughout the entire development process of their electronic interfaces (User Centered Design). Our spectrum of methods range from user tests via online research to high-level expert reviews offering our customers sound implementation suggestions in the process.

For this exciting and forward-looking business role, we are seeking a Senior Consultant: Mobile User Experience, to start immediately in our head office in Hamburg. The main focus of this position is on the account management of major international clients. You will be responsible for the acquisition, organisation and implementation of usability projects for customers in the area of mobile interfaces. You will then seek out new development opportunities for these customers building a solid relationship using Customer Experience Management principles generating turnover in the process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Acquiring new projects through our existing customer base and accompanying our sales team to potential customer presentations.
- Proposal/tender preparation and negotiations
- Domestic and international customer liaison and support
- The conception of exacting, demanding study designs
- Organisation and implementation of international Usability Tests (multi-country studies)
- Presentation and discussion of the results with the customers

YOU WILL POSSESS
- a full academic qualification and at least 3 years experience in the mobile device resp. mobile operators industries, or international user experience resp. market research consultancies
- sound knowledge of the mobile device and operator industries
- proven experience in the acquisition and implementation of major projects and be customer oriented in your outlook
- proven project management experience and are capable of simultaneously coordinating various customer/business requirements
- business fluent English and German
- flexibility and a readiness to travel
