User Experience Analyst / Project Manager - London

Reading Room is dedicated to building world class online user experiences. We're looking for a User Experience Analyst /Project Manager to join our Strategy team. As a User Experience /Project Manager you will be in charge of the management and delivery of our research work and innovative digital projects. You'll be fully involved with business development and client relationship building. You'll be a project lead for designers and web developers, as well as having strategic input on all projects in which you are involved.

The idea candidate will have:
- A passion for creating appropriate, useful and usable designs that meet and exceed end user needs as well as business needs
- 1 / 2 years experience in User Experience or Digital Communications field
- An understanding of various usability and user research methods and some experience of collecting both quantitative and qualitative data
- Analysis and presentation skills
- An understanding of current web technologies and their application
- A desire to work in multi-disciplinary teams of developers, designers and business people
- Self motivated and driven to learn
