JOB DESCRIPTION
The User Experience team within this company is going through an exciting period of growth and aims to put the user at the heart of everything it does. User experience research has been identified as a core function, requiring dedicated resource to support business project activity and fulfil the specific needs and overall strategy of the UE Team.

This vacancy will suit an individual who relishes the challenges such a position will undoubtedly face. In addition, it provides an opportunity for the individual to prove themselves as both a team player and potential manager of the UE Research function.

It is essential that you come from a strong research background and have expertise in usability testing and other behavioural research techniques. You will have an ability to consolidate and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data into meaningful information with regard to user experience.

It is essential that you hold relevant university degrees and can demonstrate at least 3 years work experience in a research /user experience capacity with an online business. Management or team leading experience will be an advantage. Based Central London / West End.
