Seminar: User experience in Online Travel

In conjunction with Travolution, Webcredible is pleased to announce our inaugural ‘User experience in online travel seminar’, to be held in London on Thursday 11th September 2008, from 2.00p.m to 5.00p.m, with a drinks reception to follow until 7.00pm.

If you want to find out more about what influences the booking decisions of online travel customers then this seminar is for you! With a focus on usability and user experience, you'll learn all about the online travel customer’s user experience and get the results of our exclusive customer research in conjunction with Travolution.

The presentations will be aimed at new media and marketing professionals working in the travel industry who have a reasonable knowledge of the online environment. The event is free to attend and refreshments are provided.

The agenda for the day is as follows:
