Interaction Designer, Team Lead - London

World leading broadcast and media organisation seeks User Experience Consultant to provide user experience leadership on mobile, web and interactive TV projects.

The primary focus of this role is on defining the interactivity. Working in collaboration with stakeholders you will propose solutions that balance user need with business goals and technological capabilities. You will be required to solve interaction design problems conceptually, show enthusiasm and a strategic approach to your work, provide expertly crafted documentation (Persona, scenarios, wireframes, competitive analyses, flows, and conceptual maps) of a nature appropriate to the problem and to advise and help conduct user research when required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors/Masters degree, or equivalent, in: product design, psychology, industrial design or an interaction design related subject. Substantial experience leading user experience and interaction design teams and defining software interfaces is also key. Experience designing for mobile platforms and/or rapid prototyping in an Agile software development environment, and will have observed user testing or ethnographic research is highly desired.
