* HEAD OF USABILITY
Nomensa is looking to fill a permanent Head of Usability role to manage and mentor a growing team, devise research plans and methodologies for new projects, support sales activity and ensure as a company we deliver an excellent standard of quality in usability practices at Nomensa. The person we are looking for is likely to have several years working in an agency in a practitioner role, have good commercial thinking, and either be looking to move into management or have experience managing a growing team. The Head of Usability will have a responsibility to understand the usability marketplace and how it impacts on the wider digital communications landscape. This knowledge and understanding will be considered alongside the broader commercial needs of the company to drive forwards usability practices within Nomensa.

* USABILITY ANALYST - SENIOR
Nomensa is looking to fill a permanent Senior Usability role to devise research plans and methodologies for new projects, conduct user-research studies, report and present the results, create interfaces for new websites and applications, and support the other members of the team. The person we are looking for is likely to have several years working in an agency in a practitioner role and have good commercial thinking.

* GRADUATE USABILITY ANALYST
This is a full-time position, in a professional, lively and busy team. Nomensa is offering an opportunity to work with great clients and really make a difference to the experience provided online. Ideally you will be a confident, highly organised person with lots of energy and a passion for the Internet! Duties include evaluating and testing websites and applications, developing information architectures, wire-framing interfaces, interacting with clients, presenting ideas and being able to communicate with a wide range of people is a significant and rewarding part of this role. To apply for this role you must have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a discipline such as: Human-computer Interaction, Human Factors, Information or Interaction design, Library science, Psychology, Anthropology or Communications. An intensive training programme will be provided to the successful contact.
