We are looking for senior consultants who can match our energy, drive and enthusiasm. If you have a track record of delivering great projects, effectively managing clients and leading people then we’d like to hear from you. You will enjoy working in creative, challenging environments and be able to design great customer experiences.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be part of the Seren team, you will need to be:

- commercially focused, driven by high personal standards and able to design great customer experiences.
You will have previous consultancy or client experience and demonstrable experience of producing excellent work. Experience in some of the following areas/activities is essential: ethnographic research, usability testing, user research, interaction and UE design, graphic and web design, concept development, branding, product and service design, creative consultancy. A Masters level education in a relevant field is also desirable (or equivalent experience).
