IBM Task Modeler version 6 now Available

Source: Unknown, 10 October 2008
Submitted by Mark Farmer

IBM Task Modeler, version 6, is now available for download. This new release includes many new features to fully support the decomposition of users ' goals, roles and tasks to more clearly understand complex design spaces.

Task Modeler supports the modelling of a variety of information. As well as roles and goals models, it also supports modelling of Use Cases, QOC (Questions, Options, Criteria), site maps and classical HTA models. It also models on-line help systems using DITA, as well as free form mind maps.

Task Modeler allows the storage of rich metadata for each model element, and various analysis, visualization and exporting routines to highlight trends, problems or hotspots in the models.

Task Modeler is available for free by following the link below.
