Webcredible is recruiting! We're looking for a strong people person to join our team on a permanent basis in London, UK, in the role of Account Manager.

We're an established and successful user experience agency, made up of passionate and dedicated digital and user experience experts. Our aim is to work with our clients to define an overall strategic direction and deliver best in class user experiences for their customers. We’re a growing company with a strong client service ethic and we’re looking to expand our team with an excellent Account Manager to help us nurture our relationships with some of our top tier clients.

ABOUT THE JOB
As an Account Manager you'll have overall responsibility for your relationships, including the commercial and strategic success of a selected number of clients. Your role will involve defining and nurturing the strategic direction of your clients, whilst overseeing the successful tactical delivery of all project work. In this role you'll work closely with the Head of Client Services to ensure strategic success with your relationships and will mentor less experienced members of the client services team to help the team grow.
