Senior User Experience Analyst (London, West-End)
Totaljobs Group is looking for a senior user experience analyst to join the in-house team on a permanent basis.
This role will be instrumental in helping to shape and deliver the jobseeker, recruiter and employee experience for new products and services, across all our job boards. Whilst the role will be very ‘hands-on’, you will act as team leader for 2 other user experience analysts. You will also be expected to work with others in the UE team to promote and establish best practice, define effective working methods and be clearly recognised as an expert in your field.
You will focus both on delivery, working within an ‘agile’ framework, and on new product development, working closely with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will also be asked to support all the activities performed by the User Experience Team (including research and measurement).
You will have an appropriate level of experience of working for one or more well-known, online brands, whether in permanent or consulting roles. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of e-commerce, product and website development. You will ideally be skilled and practiced in a wide range of user experience techniques, tools and methods. Additional experience in concept / new product development would be a plus.
You will understand the importance of taking a 360º view of the experience, be able to think broadly about the end-to-end journey and have a pragmatic approach to your work. You will need to be able to work on your own as well as be part of a team. You must be flexible, highly motivated and have excellent communication skills, as well as demonstrate a clear passion for great experiences.

Key skills/experience required: * Relevant university qualification * Strong online, e-commerce experience * Expertise in user needs, storyboarding, information architecture, expert reviews and usability testing * Working with cross-functional teams * Working in agile (preferred but not essential) * Team leading (preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and presentation skills
