French Company seeks Feedback on Accessibility White Paper

French company Visual Friendly offers this white paper on making websites accessible and easy to use for UN readers to discuss. The document is attached as a pdf file below.

It is interesting for the detail it gives about design for accessibility and use, particularly for people with poor vision, and some insights into where French legislation and thinking is situated. The company is promoting a tool to help people with poor vision read websites, and the guide includes details of this, but considerably more material as well.

Purists like me may observe that it is still in slightly 'foreign' English, but it is clear and highly readable notwithstanding.
