Usability News celebrates First Birthday with Competition

Write a strapline for Usability News and you could be given a bottle of champagne!

Those generous people at the British HCI Group have pledged a bottle of bubbly to the person who comes up with an appropriate phrase for putting just under the Usability News logo at the top of the page.

Our first birthday is at the end of next month and this seems a fine way to celebrate – drop your suggestions off at the HCI2002 reception desk or send them via the website addressed to the editor (see Contact Us).

If we get a good crop of suggestions, they will be published on site and the best will eventually adorn the UN pages.

* Judges will include, but not be limited to, the UN advisory panel of Dave, Nico and Eamonn.

* Closing date is 30th September.

* Daft suggestions welcome but unlikely to be printed.

* Front runner is press quote ‘Does what it says on the URL!’ at this point – believe me, you can do better!
